Ukraine Receives 11 Requests for Support in Countering Iranian-Made Drones

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Ukraine has received 11 requests for security support from countries neighboring Iran, as well as from Europe and the United States, particularly on countering Shahed drones and similar threats. He said partners are interested in Ukraine’s experience with interceptor systems, electronic warfare, and training. According to Zelenskyy, some requests have already received concrete responses, while additional support will be assessed against Ukraine’s own defense needs.

Ukraine’s DELTA Battlefield System Passes Independent Cyber Audit

Ukraine’s DELTA battlefield system has passed an independent cybersecurity audit following its expansion, the Ministry of Defense said. The two-month review assessed more than 160 cybersecurity requirements and found no deviations from information security standards. The audit also covered the Vezha video analysis module and the Avengers AI platform for detecting enemy equipment. Officials said the results confirm that the system maintained its security and operational resilience after adding new capabilities.

Ukraine and Lebanon Launch Talks on Free Trade, Agrohub, and Demining

Ukraine and Lebanon agreed to strengthen trade and economic cooperation, including reviewing a draft free trade agreement and resuming the intergovernmental bilateral commission on trade and economic cooperation. During a visit to Beirut, the sides also discussed creating an agricultural and logistics hub in Lebanon to support regional trade. In addition, they explored cooperation in humanitarian demining, including training, land restoration after clearance, and the use of sensor-equipped drones.

EU Clears €1.5 Billion Ukraine Package Focused on Dual-Use Tech

The European Union has approved a new €1.5 billion package under the Ukraine Investment Framework to support recovery, reconstruction, and modernization. The eight programs are expected to mobilize €3.4 billion in additional investment for sectors including energy, education, connectivity, agriculture, small business, and school shelters. The package also introduces funding for dual-use technologies and strategic industries. Overall, the framework has now allocated €8.4 billion.

AUSP–Brave1 Platform Connects Ukrainian Defense Startups with US and NATO Primes

America Ukraine Strategic Partners (AUSP), in cooperation with Brave1, is launching a digital platform to connect Ukrainian defense technology companies with partners in the United States and NATO countries. The initiative is designed to support procurement cooperation and faster transfer of Ukrainian innovations to Western defense structures. Key areas include drones, autonomous systems, electronic warfare, and AI-based intelligence. The platform will also account for export control requirements and is open to investors and procurement agencies.

SIPRI: Ukraine Accounts for 9.7% of Global Arms Imports in 2021–2025

Ukraine became the world’s largest importer of major weapons in 2021–2025, accounting for 9.7% of global arms imports, according to SIPRI. Since February 2022, at least 36 countries have supplied major weapons to Ukraine. The largest shares came from the United States, Germany, and Poland. SIPRI also reported lower volumes of transfers in 2025 than in 2023 and 2024, while noting that increased secrecy around some US deliveries makes precise assessment more difficult.

Poland’s Beyond.pl to Power Ukraine’s State AI Infrastructure

Ukraine’s Ministry of Digital Transformation has agreed to cooperate with Poland-based Beyond.pl, which will provide computing infrastructure to train AI models for public services. Planned applications include tools for drafting court decisions and a language model for Diia services based on government service data. The partnership also supports the development of Ukraine’s planned AI Factory, including data storage, specialist training, and testing infrastructure for future state AI systems.

Iceland Adds €2.7 Million to Ukraine Energy Support Fund

Iceland has contributed an additional €2.7 million to the Ukraine Energy Support Fund, bringing its total contribution to more than €8.4 million. Ukraine’s Energy Ministry said the fund helps prepare the power system for next winter through planned and emergency repairs, infrastructure protection, and reserve supplies. Since spring 2022, the fund has supported more than 1,000 equipment contracts worth about €850 million, including over €582 million signed since mid-November 2025.
