EU Disburses €3.5B to Ukraine Ukraine received €3.5 billion from the EU under the Ukraine Facility, including €3.1 billion in concessional financing and €400 million in grants. This marks the first 2025 disbursement, supporting governance, energy, and anti-corruption reforms.
France and Ukraine Sign €51M Health Deal Ukraine and France signed seven healthcare agreements worth €51.2 million under a broader €200 million grant. Projects include building a children’s rehab center, expanding telemedicine, and equipping hospitals nationwide.
EBRD Allocates €1B for Energy Repair The EBRD will provide Ukraine with €1 billion in 2025 to support energy sector recovery amid ongoing Russian attacks. Total EBRD support may rise to €3 billion this year. Funds will help restore infrastructure and expand renewables, which currently make up just 10% of Ukraine’s energy mix.

TOLOKA Invests $1.7M in US Housing Startup Ukrainian venture syndicate TOLOKA invested $1.7M in Portoro, a US-based startup offering tech-driven short-term luxury rental solutions. The deal includes a board observer seat. Portoro uses AI analytics to boost landlord earnings and expects 10x revenue growth from 2023 to 2024. It manages 600+ properties, aiming for $100M EBITDA by 2028.
