Russia Helps North Korea Produce Drones

Russia agreed to help North Korea establish Shahed drone production facilities on its territory, according to Ukraine's intelligence chief Kyrylo Budanov. In exchange for weapons and troops, Moscow transfers military technologies, including ballistic missile improvements. This cooperation significantly enhanced North Korean KN-23 missile accuracy.

Canada Extends Ukrainian Goods Duty-Free Access

Canada extended a preferential trade regime, eliminating customs duties on Ukrainian imports until June 2026. Since 2022, Ukrainian exports under this program have reached $35 million, with Canadian importers saving $8.5 million. The extension offers the potential for an additional $1.2 million in savings annually.
